We will call, text or email you 2 days before your reservation to confirm your date and time.

We understand that life can be full of unexpected surprises. After 1 free no call/no show appointment, a credit card will be required to reserve all future appointments, and we will require a 24 hour notice to prevent a credit card charge equal to the missed service(s).

This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in, and in turn, maintain a higher availability of service for you as well as others.
